Job Openings: (a) Female School Teachers, and (b) Female Administrative Staff required in Samastipur district, Bihar

 Bihar Anjuman has under its employment 26 teachers on full time as well as part-time payrolls. Timely payment is the driving value for us. These teachers are deputed at the RAHBAR Coaching Centres in 8 districts of Bihar & Jharkhand, and in Najam Mission Schoo, Patna.


Following openings are at RAHBAR-e-Banat School and Madrasa, a Girls' only school of Bihar Anjuman

Administrative Staff: Director, Principal, Hostel Superintindent (or, Matron), Kitchen Staff, Cleaners

 

Eligibility Requirements for Teaching Staff:

 

Curriculum: NCERT (CBSE board) and Islamic Studies (Arabic, Urdu, Hifz, Tajweed, Tafseer, Hadees, Deeniyat)

Number of teacher openings: 6 for CBSE and 6 for Islamic Studies

Grades to teach: Primary Grades (0 to 6)

Medium of Instruction: English or Urdu (combination of both is preferred).

Location: Rahimabad village, 2 km from Tajpur (NH 58) block headquarter, on Tajpur-Pusa road (district: Samastipur, Bihar). More details are at http://school.biharanjuman.org/

Subjects: All subjects for primary school and madrasa. Those who can teach more than one subject will get preference.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (those with higher qualification, specialized training or B.Ed. degree get preference)

Additional skills: Preference will be given to applicants with initiative, good communication and motivational skills, working computer knowledge, managerial and administrative abilities, ready-learners and outdoor sports-lovers.

Language skills: Working knowledge of either Urdu or Hindi is mandatory. Candidates with fluency in English are preferred. Preference will go to those who can read, write and are comfortable speaking Urdu and Hindi.

Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Grade 6 to Grade8 levels or higher.

Salary: Rs. 2,500 to Rs. 5,000 per month depending upon qualification and experience.

Interview: short-listed candidates will be called to attend an interview in Patna or in the school premises on a convenient date intimated to the short-listed candidates.

Note: The positions are of permanent nature for those who perform consistently.
