Administrative Staff: Director, Principal, Hostel Superintindent (or, Matron), Kitchen Staff, Cleaners

Eligibility Requirements for Teaching Staff:

Curriculum: NCERT (CBSE board) and Islamic Studies (Arabic, Urdu, Hifz, Tajweed, Tafseer, Hadees, Deeniyat)

Number of teacher openings: 6 for CBSE and 6 for Islamic Studies

Grades to teach: Primary Grades (0 to 5)

Medium of Instruction: English-Urdu combo, to move slowly to only-English.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate with specialized training as a teacher (B.Ed. will be preferred)

Additional skills: Preference will be given to applicants with initiative, good communication and motivational skills, working computer knowledge, managerial and administrative abilities, ready-learners and outdoor sports-lovers.

Language skills: Working knowledge of Urdu and Hindi is required. Candidates with f luency in English are preferred. Preference will go to those who can read, write and are comfortable speaking Urdu.

Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Grade 6 to Grade8 levels or higher.

Salary: Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month depending upon qualification and experience.

Interview: short-listed candidates will be called to attend an interview in Patna or in Munger on a convenient date for the candidate.

Note: The positions are of permanent nature for those who perform consistently.
